Fourth year core course focused on teaching students how to design and conduct research projects related to Systems Engineering, Computers Engineering, Computer Science, and Human-Computer Interaction. Students explore different literature from indexed systems such as the ACM DL, IEEE Xplore, Web of Science, and Scopus, while learning on methodologies and techniques used by the communities of practice that publish in them.

Functional Programming (Online)

Description
Fourth and Fifth year professional elective course, focused on teaching the functional programming paradigm to undergraduate students of the Systems Engineering Program. Haskell is the main language of the course, working also with Python and Java in order to compare different programming paradigms for a selected variety of problems and contexts.
